During my recent stay at Villaggio Albergo, I was impressed by the rustic charm and cleanliness of the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The beautiful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. While the menu at the restaurant was a bit limited, the food that was available was delicious. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with its proximity to charming attractions in the area. I would highly recommend Villaggio Albergo for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful surroundings of wooded hills and a river. The character and charm of the hotel, with its working water wheel and old artefacts from the paper mill, truly make it stand out. The rooms offer a good view and are just a short walk from the lift. The breakfast, with its lovely outside seating area overlooking the river, is a great way to start the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and it was a beautiful experience. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning views and plenty of activities to do nearby. The breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a good night's rest.
Lack of amenities, poor service, noise. the service was poor with unhelpful staff and a noisy atmosphere that made it difficult to relax.

The hotel had a lovely Tuscan style and was located between the mountains. The river and forest surrounding it made for a beautiful view. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was delicious with meats, cheese, and fruit presented nicely. The swimming pool was excellent and there were plenty of sun loungers available.
The food options could be more varied, especially for children.

The hotel was a great little getaway. The property was a beautifully restored B&B with impressive breakfast and dinner options. The staff were friendly and approachable, especially the fluent English speaking receptionist who went the extra mile by offering mosquito rings. The pool was a great spot for cooling off from the hot summer days and the surrounding villages in the hills were just stunning. Plus, the hotel's location was spot-on, not too far from the city center and close to other key attractions.
The hotel needs a bit of refreshing, as the beds were not comfortable, and the bathroom was quite small. The pool area was shared, and they need to mention this detail on the website.
